You Provide Your Project Overview
Fill out the contact form or call us directly at (317) 753-3113. Please share your name, contact information, where the property is located, and briefly what you would like done.
We Review and Reach Out
A member of our team will review your request. We will contact you as soon as possible to ask any follow-up questions and set up a time to see the space. We would also like to know your desired timeframe for when you would like to have the project started and completed.
On-Site Walkthrough and Scope
We will coordinate with your schedule to visit the property, walk through the project space with you, take measurements, and get a clear picture of the work you want done. Preliminary drawings will be created and reviewed with you.
Receive Your Written Estimate
A written estimate will be prepared outlining the scope of work, cost, and time estimate so you can make an informed decision with no pressure. Specific budgets for cosmetic materials will be agreed upon. Once you sign off, we can move forward.
Finalize Plans and Select Materials
Any necessary drawings will be finalized, and required permits will be obtained. We will work with you to select all the cosmetic materials that you wish to choose. If you would like to secure financing through Hearth , you can make that application at this time. Financing can usually be approved within 1–2 business days.
Schedule the Work
Once we are totally in agreement about what work is to be performed and all materials are selected, we will order materials, schedule the work to be started, and provide a reasonable estimate of the timeframe for completion.

Work will commence. We promise to be on the jobsite Monday through Friday from 8 am – 4 pm unless communicated otherwise. We do our best to honor this, stay on track, and complete your project in a timely manner. We recognize that there are many moving parts to these projects and weather issues to deal with sometimes. We want to keep the lines of communication open at all times so you are aware of any situations out of the ordinary we are dealing with and answer your questions along the way. It's important to keep changes to a minimum once we start. However, if there must be any, we will once again agree on the cost of both the time and money impact to our outcome.
